Clearing Dandelion Wine
« on: March 30, 2010, 09:46:45 »
having problems clearing the batch I made last year. It normally clears if I leave it outside in the cold winter but this year it hasn't worked. Tried some wine finings yesterday and it has cleared it a little bit.
Should I add another lot of finings or is there something else I can try?

I use a 'vinbrite' filter, usually works. ;)
