today i had to have my penny put to sleep she had gone in for a op and they found  the big c so the vet rang me to ask that the best thing was to let her go.i went up this afternoon to say good bye to her she loooked  like she was asleep when she was in my arms.she would have been 14 this year.i have been crying all day.i still have my other 9 cats but i miss my penny :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

So sorry to hear this.  It doesn't matter how old our pets are, or how many we have, it's still painful when they go.

I'm very sorry. It's so sad when you have to take that decision and say goodbye. Still 14 years is a good life and I bet she was well looked after.

Aw I'm sorry to hear about your Penny. It's horrible isn't it - but you know it was the best thing for her. Not longs since we had to do the same for our cat - and our house still seems so empty
