Top and tail and peel (the radish not the 50p) and grate into any stir fry dish. They are quite stong so be a bit careful.
Gardening is the great leveller.

If you are into Indian type food try a `water pickle`-you might need to google an exact recipe. It`s basically salt and spices with radish or turnip-takes a few days to mature and does not have a long shelf life but it`s fun to try and quite tasty.

I gooooogled water pickles, but no luck, however, I did fin this one.

Radish Pickles

1 lg Radish
3 tb Rock salt
2 tb Vinegar
1/2 tb Sesame oil
3 tb Sugar

Peel radish and slice paper thin.
Press radish down on rock salt and leave overnight
Rinse radish with water until no longer salty.
Squeeze out water, add vinegar, oil and red pepper. Place is air-tight jar and serve.

Might give it a whirl.
