« on: January 16, 2010, 13:45:08 »
Assuming you already have the spices, this curry is one of the cheapest ive ever done.  I do a curry every saturday night and i have to say this is also one of the easiest.  Going to do this one again tonight with homemande naan and homemade vegatable bhaji's.  I fact im of now to our local PAK (aisan supermarket) for some bit and bobs.

oh nice site, ive put it on fav.

I love curries (mild) but my husband doesnt, but this will be nice to make if hes working.  :P
Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

Really tasty, and fast to put together if you havent got time to faff about toasting spices and grinding em up etc, that recipe will feed a fair few, so if you cooking for just your self id half everything and freeze the leftover or make a biryani with it a couple of days later.
