chicory time

recipe for 4 people
8 chicory/ witloof
juice of two lemons
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt and pepper
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
6 ounches of butter
some parsley, chopped

Preheat over 350 degr
Put cleaned chicory in ovenproof dish with lid
Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar and pour over
witloof and bake for 60 min.
Than melt buter and stir in parsley
Cut eggs in slices.
Put chicory on plate, put butter over it, sauce over it and put eggs on top.
