« on: January 03, 2010, 18:11:33 »
the weather at the moment - beautiful sunny days but frozen solid on the allotment so cant do much. I'm dying to do some digging!

I've been having a mega family crisis (now sorted) over the last week so I couldn't have got anything done anyway.

Sorry to hear that. Glad it's sorted now anyway.

Christmas has been much more allotmentey than normal for me - lots of annual leave and so I've been down there loads.

I went yesterday and again today! Last day of my holidays, so making the most of it, clearing as much as I can with an azada. The ground has a frozen crust, but soft underneath. Digging is quite satisfying - like cracking a creme brulee with a spoon!
