We moved in, had the 2nd up suryeyors report, cost us a small fortune, had roof leakage, and they weedled their way out of it, furious was not the word!
I find that insurance companies will always find a way to not pay,
old house, beige carpet, navy blue paint daughter dropped..............nothing, cos we didn't have accidental.........who knew I was suposed to have it, thought contents covered it! Know now, but still wont take it out outta priciple!
