Will this Indian Summer ripen me pumpkins ?

Have got three or four small ones, not much bigger than canteloupe melons. Also have a few small tennis ball sizes melons. What do you reckon?

This is way too early for an Indian summer!
It's an expression given to a period of sunny, warm weather from mid-October through early November.

Thats good to know cos my Small sugar are very disappointing - the plant gave up the will to live a couple of weeks ago!! But the Crown Prince are coming on a treat  ;D

I'd try and leave the pumpkins for as long as poss - as long as the plant is still going strong and the neck isn't woody and brown, leave 'em in
