If I use the biggest seeds from it, will I probably get a bigger one next year?

No. It just means they attracted more nutrition this year. The genetic composition of all the seeds regarding the ability to produce large fruit next year will be the same.

So, weedy looking seeds have as much chance of doing the business as big fat healthy looking seeds huh.  I always pick the big seeds and leave the little ones til last, shan't bother in future.  ;D
