Glut of Cucumbers

Anyone any ideas about what to do with a glut of cuc's? About twenty ranging in size of a large carrot to VERY, VERY BIG. (and turning yellow at the stalk end)! Tried pickled cuc, they squeak when you eat them! Cheers, Tony. ??? ??? :-X
