Just had some small steamed Epicure (Potatoes) that were left from last year... still tasted great....  :)

still eating the desiree but down to the smaller ones, our garden peas (found a bag in with the fruit)  ;D
all with someone else's beef and calabrese , yum  ;D

Ive just chopped up and par boiled parsnips ready for the freezer and will have a few today with my onions, beef and carrots are all in the slow cooker.   ;D

very nearly ate a mouldy turnip   :-[

but got some curly kale (still growing from last years) and a parsnip in veggie version of shepherds pie

We had beef stew, not my beef, carrots or onions, non left !!! but my turnip and leeks and herb dumplings with my sage... yummy (even though I do say so myself)

Leek and sprout top soup for lunch, with egg from our girls. Strawberry (from the freezer) smoothie.

Roast pork with own mashed and roast pots. sprouts and parsnips. Home made mint jelly and crab apple jelly. (Pork from farmer's market)

Just got home and brought home for dinner some kale and the last of the leeks. Kale now starting to run to seed. OH also sound a bunch of shallots we missed at harvest last year as he dug a trench to plant some potatoes, they are also gonna be our dinner  ;D
