Purple sprouting broccoli, potatoes (stored), green beans (frozen)
Note to self:  Must eat more beans or the freezer will be overflowing with them in a few months!!!!!  ;D  Just found a couple of bags hiding at the bottom.  :o

I had some cabbages that had been damaged by snow and frost but I managed to get enough tender leaves to cook.

My broccoli is looking good but no sign of any heads yet.

Haven't eaten them yet but prepared 2 1/2 lbs of carrots for soup that were in a bed we cleared... mostly a white one and purple haze... so not sure what it will look like!  ;D

yesterday brought home a tub of chicory that had been forcing in the greenhouse but it takes too long there, one day in a dark pantry and almost ready to harvest so probably will tonight  ;D

Potato, leek and mixed bean soup... all ingredients bar the condiments and cooking oil were homegrown.... it used up the last of my non-PFA/Congo spuds and all of the rest of the leeks... didn't make much of a dent on the bean pile....
