Call me a silly old fool if you like, but have let several of my nasturtians go to the white butterfly,
and the birds via catterpillars -- if there is a food sorce there.
Have some Pak Choi in a trough near where I ' sit ', said butterfly has been very interested judging by
the holes in the leaves ! and has fluttered over my hand as I tried to stop her laying her eggs.
Black netting 1/2 inch [ sorry metric peeps ] square, should deter her I thought ! Watched today
while she fluttered around the netting - found a leaf, hooked her front legs onto it - and through the
netting - deposited her large cache of eggs !
Had to give it to her -- what a gal ,
