This is exactly what has happened to my earlies! But the others next to them are green and fresh (the lates). The spuds underneath are ready, we are already eating them! they are very healthy.
 Just to be safe, I chopped down the leaves on the rows next to the lates but in fact I don't think it's blight because nothing is actually rotting. My neighbour said oh they are sick but in fact I think he is wrong. I gave bordeaux mixture just to shut him up.
