Raspberry wine. real first timer
« on: June 13, 2009, 22:48:25 »
Hi,
I am not a wine drinker but i have loads of raspberries on my plot and i was thinking of using them to make a rasperry wine.
Could anyone run through the basics and i mean step by step the cheapest and easiest way of making it.

i know there is another post regarding raspberry wine but it doesnt explain the weights and steps.

Thanks in anticipation

That recipe will taste disgusting-over sweet and nothing to balance it.

Make a raspberry cordial to add to what ever but a wine based solely on raspberries is not to be advised.

A few in a berry mix with something to give the eventual `wine` some body is another matter
