no rest for the wicked
« on: May 24, 2009, 11:37:07 »
After the last 4 weeks without a break. I have at last got a nearly a day off. I have driven two lorry loads of plants to a friends nursery near Newbury where he will look after them until I can collect them and take them to the NEC. Then i have put the finishing touches to the seat and mosaic walls that we will be using at Hampton court. We only have 4 days between the build and takedown of each garden so it all has to be ready. The nursery is set out with the Hampton plants and left in the cabable hands of somebody who will look after them for the next 3 or 4 weeks.
Another lorry load of pavilion and props ready to go early tomorrow morning with a team of shed builders so we can start on the dot of 8 monday morning.

I shall be on the 23.30 ferry with my own pickup and caravan, which will allow me time to park up on a layby on the A34 giving me 5 hours sleep  before I carry on to Birmingham.

I will be sleeping in the caravan for the next 8 weeks so I think I will get myself a spotted neckerchief and a gold earring.

When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
