I have just harvested some of my elephant garlic.Lovely crop and there are lots of pips around the bulb.I am going to plant these up to see what happens.Has anyone any information about growing these pips?

They're probably best started off in pots. Grow them on for two years, and you should end up with full-size bulbs, though I haven't tried it for myself.

Why not have a look at this page from my website, which includes information on growing the bulbils:-http://www.growyourown.info/page145.html
For some reason, it does not always work.

Good website Realfood! I have definitely done something wrong as mine were smaller than the cloves I bought in Wilko to put in the ground.
