Guys your help is needed.... ???
does anyone of you wonderful people know about growing veg for shows? i wanted to read up on tips and techniques as i will be entering competitions next year (or so i have been told by the blokes at the lottie!) i wanted to get as much info as poss! Things like........ putting salt down near the beetroots so the colour is dark red when the judges cut it open? and just general tips!

I have read in Kitchen Garden Magazine that the next issue will be looking at growing for exhibitions.
Hopefully that will give you the information you need.

The issue will come out on the first Thursday of the month..
