I bet someone will nick the suit, tie, shirt and hat soon. I agree, very, very scary, but only to us, not the lovely pigeons, they are scared of nothing.

He carried it to the far end of the site and it just returned to his plot. I sent the number off to a racing pigeon site and they emailed me back to say it was from Barnsley (I am in Birmingham)
The worse thing about that is if it does get sent back to its owner, it'll probably get necked. >:(

The owner phoned me after I contacted the racing pigeon website and said that if we could take it about 4 miles away from the allotments and release it, it would find its way home so that's what we did.He said he would phone me when it got back. No phone call so far.
There is a chance that it won't happen but pigeon racers don't like pigeons that get lost and as with other sports that involve animals, there is no room for sentimentality and if they aren't worth owt...Hopefully it'll get a second chance and this was a one off.
