returning a Mantis
« on: May 04, 2009, 15:15:53 »
I have sadly decided to return my Mantis after surgery to my hand.  It is still under the 12 month guarantee.  Has anyone got advice on which postal service to use?

Try putting it on ebay, or put an advert in your local paper. You should get most of your money back on it.

Tomatoada,
If you look at the Mantis web site it tells you how to return a Mantis to the main importer/dealer up in Stockport, but you will have no trouble what so ever in selling it they bring good prices on E-Bay especially with a warranty, :)

Thanks for the replies.  The person wanting a Mantis lives in Milton Keynes which is over 80 miles away.  If I return it I will get my full money back.  I don't think anyone will give me that although I have only used it twice and  a man on another plot who has one says it starts more easily than his which is 2 years old.  He showed me how to use it as I found it difficult to use at first.  So will look for the return insructions.
