Over wintered plants, yummee!
« on: April 12, 2009, 14:24:58 »
As much as I take delight in sowing at this time of year, I think it is nice to enjoy the plants sown last September. Here are a few of mine that survived 10 degrees of frost....

Curly leaf parsley...

Garlic....

Spinach....

And land cress, makes lovely soup and good in salads....

Bon apetite!

I agree. :all mine were plug plants bought of ebay because i got my plot to late in the year to sow anything.

This was picked 30 mins ago and proudly showed of by my 8yr old Alfie.

It's now in the pot cooking for dinner ;D
