Custard or ice-cream

Enough Bramleys to make apple pies for all!

Picked because they were being blown off by the wind.

I would get evil looks and not talked to by my lover if I even suggested anything but a v.large tub of clotted cream.  ;)

One tree, planted about 6 years ago. And there were almost as many Rev Wilkes earlier on and there are a fair number of Catshead still not ready.
All you sweet toothed people who can eat Dairy produce! I dunno. I shall have them either in Apple cakes, or simply baked with dried fruit and golden syrup.

Hi Eric,

My son is a fruitarian and his partner is veggie so they never have dairy products but still manage to enjoy their friut with either soya or rice cream. They can make custard and cakes with it too and have a substitute for butter or marg as well. They only use fruit sugars never the 'normal' kinds. If you need any advice on non-dairy products I can ask David to let you have some of his recipes if you like.
