Wire - where to get it?
« on: March 15, 2009, 23:58:50 »
What I'm looking for is wire by the roll, thick enough to make cloche supports from, but soft enough that I can cut it with wire cutters and bend it into shape. I used to buy wire like this for sculpture - but have no idea where to find it now, and googling hasn't got me far.
Any ideas?
cheers

Try Garden Centres, the gardening section of DIY stores, Wilkinsons, etc
From 1mm to about 4mm, both plastic coated and galvanised.

We get ours from Wilkos for the thinner stuff, and Wickes for thicker.
