Just heard the man who brought us 'Vision on' 'take hart' etc has passed on.
now hum the tune to 'the gallery' to yourself!!
You couldn't make it up!

Yes I hear it on the radio this morning, very sad as I guess most of us remember how he entertained us all on Vision on. I can still do the trick where you wrote 'vision on' in ink, copied the wet ink onto the other side of the paper and ended up with a huge grasshopper  ;D

Very sad.   His programmes even made it to South Africa.

I couldn't wait to get home to watch Take Hart, i wasalways drawing and sent a couple in, but they never got shown :(

Not many presenters who entertained two generations- i watched "Vision on" as a child and "Take Hart" with my kids. He was a lovely, talented man. :'(

How very sad.......I loved his shows.....he was a very talented and lovely man
I was born with nothing and have most of it left.
