Free Seeds

Thanks for posting the link, i was a bit worried at first because the person with the seeds on offer is admin with very few posts, but the site looks like it's been set up properly.
Anyway i have asked for a few seeds for our allotment as there are a few members that have recently started, including me ;D

Have received my free seeds today 26 packets of tomato 24 packets of mixed salad leaves and 31 packets of kale  ;D  will be saving some for a seed swap hopfully we will be having at school.  Will offer others around at allotment.

I have  asked for some seeds. We have a lot of new plot holders who I'm sure will love a freebie pkt of seeds

I asked for some seeds as we have about 6 new people over our allotment and recieved this morning about 60 packets of each ;D

I guess there will be a lot of people down my allotment growing the same stuff.

Toms= Gardeners delight. approx 50 seeds
Kale= nero di toscana. approx 300 seeds
Mixed salad= red russian kale, rocket, chervil, mizuna & tatsoi. approx 350 seeds

approx 42000 seeds delivered :o :o :o

If anyone wants some let me know.

I have received these seeds, about 25 packets couldn't believe my luck.  Our Lotti's AGM is coming up so will share them around then.

Hi I got a lovely email from the magazine today apologising for the delay and saying that the seeds are on their way. They also asked for pics of any resulting plants for the mag and also any questions from allotment gardens that they could ask the panel about as they were running out.

I got it too. I had forgotten about the seeds. There should be more people on our site now the weather is getting better. A good way of introducing ourselves.

My seeds came today. 20 gardeners delight tomatoes, 2o mixed salad and 14 kale, Not bad for free. Am going to take them to the allotment site to give out. If anyone should want one of each of the pkts just send me an S.A.E and I will send you some.

got mine today,approx 25 packs of the same.Good date on them 2011 but how much kale would you want to grew?Gonna keep back some toms and mixed leaves and pass round the rest.
Can kale be used as a green manure?

Yayyyy!! Mine arrived too! Just got home from work to this huge envelope and wondered what it was ... 27 Gardeners delight toms, 25 mixed salad and 27 kale!!!  :o  Obviously I intend on sharing them out but as SteveB has said ... how much kale do you want to grow!!! I'm not complaining!!  ;D :D

Mine arrived today. I wonder if it was the last to be done. I got 6toms 4salad & 3kale.
