Hi.
Cut back the Autumn Bliss either now or around Feb, to about 6 inches from the ground. Once the new canes appear in the spring cut the old ones right back to the ground. The fruit will come on the new canes in the late summer. The later you cut the canes back the later you will get the crop, in theory. I only grow Autumn Bliss now, (the birds leave them alone so they don't need netting) so I have already cut mine back to get an earlier crop.
As for the Glen Ample next years fruit will be carried on this years canes so don't cut these back until after fruiting next summer.
