'View from my Back-door.'

Below are the entries and the top 3 positions.

3rd was Pic1 from TOADSPAWN with 10 votes

2nd was Pic2 from CALENDULA with 12 votes

and the winner this time is TEE-GEE with 20

They are all wonderful images, but think no 5 is the one that stops you in your tracks,
would love to open my back door to all those lovely colours - all the spaces filled so you
want to look round the next corner ..... magic ! x

I think i have just voted for the wrong photo! I wanted to vote for the popular garden photo, which when I clicked to vote appeared to be number 3. Once the site had registered my vote the garden picture had become number 5 but I had still voted for number 3 (which I didnt like that much). I feel conned by the website/software. If it happens againI shall stop taking part in the competitions!

Don't know why it didn't pic up the Pic number for each one, GA. Hope the amendment helps others. In future I'll not rely on it, I'll also post the numbers separately.

Beautiful isn't it? Got my vote too :)

I don't understand what GA is saying? I voted about five minutes after the comp opened and they were all in the correct order at that time and my vote registered for the correct number.

relax it is only a bit of fun - loads of pics posted throughout the forum are wonderful, this is just one part of it - I've voted for the wrong pic before now cos i wasn't paying enough attention ;D

shame there weren't more contributors though - don't folks have back doors ::)

I have a back door and the view from it is very nice. trouble is I didnt know about the competition or i might have entered. Might have got a few votes too.........

me i chose picture 3 i love pictures like that, i didnt enter a photo cos believe me you would not want to see whats outside my backdoor lol

;D ;D kenkew and debster but the thing is not all images have to evoke ideas of beauty, images can be interesting in so many ways and if outside the back door there is nothing but dustbins for example then that image 'says' a lot but I guess it is being a bit nosy wanting to see the views from back doors :)

That's a beautiful garden GA it would have got my vote as well.

For anyone interested the picture I submitted was looking right out of my back door.

If I had had a ' wide lense' on my camera I would have shown you the full view, perhaps this picture looking 'left' of my back door will give you the wider picture.

( I have submitted the one I entered into the competition to save you all going into another thread)
