If it is almost white I would say it is a Lumina, tell me what the stalk is like. Oh andthe colour looks pinky in the pictur, is it? XX Jeannine

Hi Jeannine,
Yes, it is a pinky beige and the stalk is very prickly - as are the undersides of the very large leaves. The leaf is wider than long and sort of rounded.

I've resurrected this thread in the hope that Jeannine will take a look at it again in the light of my description of the leaves on September 18th. It is curing in the sun in front of the patio window and is deepening slightly in colour to a pale apricot.
