Fantastic range - where do you get your seeds. I looked for Black Maur on Google, no result

I remember the catalogue Cleo, didn't realise they had gone out of business!  ::) Seeds mostly from HSL... although some from DebP and others through swaps.

That  is a nice crop. When I saw the title I wondered if that company was back in business.

Totally tomatoes are not back in business, but the Simply Vegetables catalogue from Seeds of Distinction has a large selection of tomato seeds.  Not as large as TT, but enough to make your mouth water. ;D ;D

I have to admit to doing something deeply sad today..... :-[

I took photos of all the varieties of tomatoes in my greenhouse, most of which I haven't tried before. I'm keeping them as a visual reminder of what did well or not so well, and I can use the pics to do labels for seed swap seeds and to remind me of what seeds I've saved! Some are still waiting to ripen, so I don't even know what they taste like yet!! :-\

German Red Strawberry

Largest Striped Roman

Polish Linguista

Thai Pink Egg

If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

I think she meant SAD as in obsessive... although she does say they aren't ripening as early as she would like.. The Thai and the Strawberry look interesting. OH has put me on a low residue diet (No Tom Skins or seeds..)
What was she thinking of, at this part of the season..  :-X

Saddad is right, I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to tomatoes, can't resist trying out ones I haven't grown before! I'm keeping the seeds from all ripe fruits, so I'll have plenty of swaps this year, OH is already moaning about the windowsills being cluttered up with fermenting tomato pulp!

Sounds like its passata and soup only for you then........... :-\

Try 'Black Mavr' with a 'v' rather than a 'u' and you'll have better luck.

Of the few cherry tomato varieties I have tried,  my favourite have to be a plum shaped cherry tomato.  I was given the plant at the beginning of the year - did not know what kind it was.  The earliest ripening too.  They were sweet and probably the best ones I have tasted so far. 8)

Are plum shaped tomatoes usually sweeter than the round ones?
