has any one got a good recipe for pumpkins?  got some "beky F1"s as good as ready but not sure what to do with them?
any help is greatfully recived ;D

Hi andy
you could make a delcious soup? Roasted veg to include pumpkin, sweet pots or normal pots, onions, aubergines, courgettes, carrots etc? Roasted and used as a side veg with a smidge of butter and pepper? Traditional pumpkin pie (recipes can be found on the net, ask jeeves!) or a rissotto which would be very creamy and filling?

thanksfortheadvisei wasstartingto think idhaveto eat them raw like giant apples. Iwill look on jevis. ;D ;D
