Quite pleased with my small front garden this year. Gravelled as due to tree roots just below surface can't plant direct.

Thanks folk. Just got back from a "boozy" afternoon at son John's with family and friends. Didn't intend drinking as I had driven there with dog in the back. John said he would drive me home and a friend picked him up so out came the brandy.
