Shed-a-holic
« on: August 14, 2008, 10:46:54 »
Now I only have a basic bought shed, but I love old knock together ones that are full of character, or even new ones that have been modified to look completely unique. So could all you grand shed owners help to feed my fix ;).

ah come on, show me your shed :-*.

here are my two sheds. We are painting them to match. The first one is all old windows and corrugated plastic. A friend gave us the second one - can't believe how excited I got about it, maybe I'm a shedaholic too :)

We've made some pallet decking outside. I'm a courier and am always eyeing up my customer's waste areas to cadge their offcasts.

When I'm not working, I'm diggin' or craftin'

ah! that blue is lovely it must brighten up your plot beautifully and the older one with the healthy lavender in front is quite a nice colour combination.

My plot is less than 30 by 60 feet so I've got a sentry box shed, which is about as small as you can get!

Thifasmom thanks! It was a 60th birthday present to myself last year.
I've not had much luck with the salad box so might have a rethink.

I think all shed are cool, both great and small. One of the best things about Bdays when you are grown up is being able to give yourself a gift I do it every year.  ;D

Cor Deb P What a lovely shed.  Did you build it.  I`d love one like that I`m still battling to get picket fencing all round!  ( It does mean pulling apart lots and lots of pallets so I see the reason for the reluctance)   ???

Only a double 'sentry box' (that's all we are allowed) but we've got a pergola...

'snot fair, I want a log cabin (or one of those summerhouses on a turntable that you rotate to follow the sun).

Well the folk building the newest one (the plotholders + our master shed designer and builder) were sitting in there today munching on smoked salmon and cream cheese!!

The one building combines storage shed/ potting shed and greenhouse/conservatory. This particular one also has a "playroom" with attic and its own entrance for the couple's young son. They put in the window today and started laying decking.
