juice wine

bottle my first attempt at juice wine today,3l of apple 1l of red grapefruit sharp as hell ,wiffey not impressed with a morning kiss at 0800 stinking of home made after i siphoned my first bottles
If it ain't broke don't fix it !!

You can add some sugar syrup to the wine if it is too sharp.

I have actually put a saccharine tablet into a glass of the stuff before now.

They sell bags of herbs (like tea bags) you can add to home made wine to transform it into a vermouth too.

I have not made wine for years now, with all the messing and the cost of bits and pieces,  I can buy a decent enough cheap plonk from Aldi. But it is fun to try.
