Vinegar is not cheap if it's less than 5.5%?

We always use Cider Vinegar - much nicer flavour.

I get a big bottle in the Chinese supermarket if I just want the ordinary stuff. I forget how many litres it is. If I want good vinegar for pickling or cooking I use Chinese.
