homemade strawberry jam is simply divine, especially with warm scones and whipped cream:
I found a recipe for Betty's Tea Shop scones, they are lovely and very easy to make.

Hi mc55
The scones look delish - any chance of posting Betty's scone recipe?
I've a batch of strawberry and blueberry jam in the breadmaker as we speak.
