can anyone tell me how to dry out broad beans and peas for using next year

Leave them on the plant until the pods have dried.

Remember that the birds like them so you may need to net a few.

If you pull them too early before the pods are dry, they rot.

Store in a non-sealed container after podding after leaving in a dry place to get rid of the last vestiges of moisture.
