If you are new to the plot you should go to youtube and look at clairesallotment, The young lady has a series of videos giving a lot of information on growing vegetables on her allotment. Much more informative that that on gardeners world

This should work:

http://www.youtube.com/user/clairesallotment

Just click on the pics to get the videos.

Powerspade, to put in a link, just copy the web address, click on the world symbol on the "post reply" page, and paste the address.

Had a look at Clare's allotment it is very good for those who are just starting on an allotment or thinking about getting one it would be good if you can download copies of her videos to let newcomers see how to go about getting there allotment into shape.

If you use Firefox, there is a plugin for downloading flash movies (DownloadHelper) and I use FLVPlayer to play them.  It is handy for me as YouTube is blocked by the County Council network so I need to be able to save them to take to school.

Hi all,  :)

You can save You Tube videos using this free software.
Its simple to use. After you save them you can use them like any other file.
