Can anyone help
« on: June 23, 2008, 09:39:36 »
I think I posted thin in the wrong place so I'll stick it here too. Sorry

Hi Folks,
I am new here and I was wondering if anybody can offer the benefit of their experience or advise us. We have set up a new group here in Cambuslang near Glasgow to develop a new allotment site.
Has anyone else had such experiences? We would love to hear about triumphs or pitfalls that might help us.

Thanks for any help that anyone can give.

Hi cambusallot,

If you've not already done so, try contacting SAGS (Scottish Allotments & Gardens Society) @ www.sags.org.uk

There is also:

The Allotments Regeneration Initiative @ www.farmgarden.org.uk/ari

and Trellis (Network of Scottish projects, information and advice on therapeutic gardening) @
www.trellisscotland.org.uk

Good luck!
