Does chard need protection from the slimey pests?

I'm already planning where to grow things next year!

Never had a problem - earwigs, yes!! = Tim

earwigs, though, what do they do to the chard?

Not a lot - eat holes & 'leave their mark'. Dunk in lots of water. = Tim
