Make sure you type the number correctly as well. I must have misdialed a digit and got some Gay Hotline. I quickly put the receiver down when it started saying 'Press 1 for ...'

I just called, was left waiting for several minutes, only to get the message along the lines of: 'all our operators are busy and cannot deal with your enquiry, please try again later, good bye!'... not happy!  :(
