You mean Gartenperle, Rod?

You say no sideshoots - even a bush tom has them, but they are allowed to grow on?

Tumbling Tom, Tumbler f1 and Tiny Tim do not require taking off side shoots as they are bush varieties.  I believe that Gardeners Delight can be grown as a determinate or indeterminate.  Hope this is what you are looking for!   :-\

As I understood it, removing the side shoots gives bigger tomatoes.

You can pot the side shoots to make new plants when they get to two or three inches. If you want to.
