I went to B&Q Gravesend store yesterday and got 2 bags of seed potatoes for 4p.
It was actually £1 per bag but the staff there told me it's 4p for 2 bags because you get deduction for multi buys and it was indeed 4p for 2 bags at the till! I don't know about other stores but maybe worth a look? :) The varieties they had were Nicola, Charlotte, Maris Peer.
