Used 2 'reduced for quick sale' Coop Beefburgers - enough for 8 puffs!

We used to have curry puffs in Malaysia in the 60s. Sunday lunchtime at the golf club.
Thank you, Tim, I've bookmarked the recipe.

PS Being lazy, I used a sheet of Jusrol - & Patak's Mild Curry Paste. No complaints!

Not lazy at all. Why go to all the bother of making your own puff pastry - it's such a palava. They do look good though. Never eaten Malaysian food - might well try this one though. Thanks Tim.

Nice recipe
Thanks Tim - recipe printed and will put in my book for a Sunday evening light supper.
An there's no shame in using shop bought pastry - I say "life it too short to stand and make your own" ;D ;D

As much as I enjoy your posts Tim, please give us recipes etc rather than just cryptic titles and a picture.
Quality looking tucker as usual.
