Topic: Google Blackout Today - Earth Hour

Spotted this earlier today.  If you go to http://www.google.co.uk/ you'll see it's all gorn dark.  It's to promote Earth Hour.  We're all being asked, between the hours of 8pm and 9pm local time, to turn off all lights.  There's a link on the Google page to find out what it's all about.

I'll probably forget anyway.  I save energy by using less neurons in my brain on a regular basis.  ::)

We inherited it last year with our lottie.  It's full of stuff left by previous owners - everything from wellies and boots to glass and wire greenhouse clips.  We've yet to get to the bottom of it all.

On the down side, the roof's been leaking for years, and it needs re-felting.  Soon as the weather picks up, we're going to do it.  :)

Candlelit dinner sounds excellent.  Can't remember the last time we had people round for a meal.  Probably word's got round about my cooking.  :o
