furry alarm clock
« on: March 13, 2008, 14:31:04 »
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a pet that can tell the time:
every morning without fail my cat jumps onto the bed at 6:44 to demand a quick fuss before breakfast. my alarm goes off at 6:45. how do they do it?!?

I'm waiting to see if she'll compensate for British Summer Time!

My dog Ruby can tell the time too.  She sits at the living room window dead on 3.30 waiting for the boys, who are usually home by 3.40, if they're not there at that time she starts pacing and whining until they turn up!  She also knows when it's a weekend (she gets extra walks then), any normal day she trots around as usual, on a Saturday and Sunday bang on 9am she lies at the bottom of the stairs and whines until they take her out.  Hamish on the other hand is lucky if he remembers his name  ;D
What I lack in ability and experience, I make up for in sheer enthusiasm!!!
