Frost on the windscreen yesterday with winds, rain and Sunny spells, started to feel the cold as it the first time I put something other than a Polo shirt on. Cold this morning but dry and cloudy at the mo.

Absolutely lovely here...

and all I'd really like to do is escape the the plot but I also need to wait for my son to arrive to help me re-roof a garden shed before it is designated a covered swimming pool on the Community Charge list!

Then there's lunch to do for my parents.. so here I am busy waiting.

Raining here. No wrong! it is sleeting!

Ground very sodden. Such a difference from this time last year when soil was as dry as bone.

Same here - first sleet of the year and very wet and unpleasant.

Cold & crisp here in Cheshire & lots of sunshine. Been for a walk in Dunham Massey as Tatton Park is closed now on Mondays & I'm also ready for another
