Barely stopped raining all day, some of it really heavy. I was at work so wasn't too bothered but feel sorry for anyone on holiday this week.

Something has gone very wrong...  :(

Rain all day and dry over-night? ???

I'm sure it should have been the other way round  ;)

Went into Swindon yesterday and experienced the Monsoon.  The rain was coming down in stair rods.  Driving was a nightmare.  The roads swimming in water.

Got back home only a few miles to discover we had only had about 1/2 inch of rain.  The ground is still dry at the bottom of the spade depth.

Made a brief sortie down to lottie amid sunshine and light showers and a loverly rainbow, the sky was really black over Swindon so it was still tipping it down there.

                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Coupled with the hosepipe ban & news that May could be cold (?) I could do with some sunshine too.  ;)

Sunshine here too.... I wondered what it was - woke me up this morning.

Like others - ours is not set to last long today.
