Lovely heavy snow about 8am this morning in W. Essex.  Lasted about half an hour and now it's all stopped.  I think we're forecast more heavy snow this afternoon but I don't think it's for very long.

Ween loking at e've got it snowing hard aain today. Ok until the kids had got to school but I bet all the teachers, most of whom don't live in the same town, are looking out the window and panicking!

I noticed on the news that the end of the M5 was shut this morning to stop people going on to the A38 where people were stuck in their cars. Hoping like mad the weather is not like this next week as we're travelling down to Plymouth for a Uni course open day. I've been looking at train times but it tells me none are available!!!!!

I think alot of people got stuck at Haldon (Exeter Race Course Area) which is about 5 miles away from me. Some spent the night in their cars  :o

We also had thunder and lightning last evening.

So in the last week we've had

Sun, rain, sleet, snow, ice, thunder and lightning and a mini tornado out at sea.

There can't be anything else left to have?

And it's still trying to snow  ::)

The deep snow started thawing last evening but for the past 2 hours we have snow falling going from large flakes to small flakes. Road has got a covering again. Grandchildren's schools are closed again.

Same here, at least I think there was frost (only just got up). I don't mind the cold, I just hate snow.
Smile, it confuses people.

Yesterday, thunder then snow, sleet, rain and sunny periods, none of the snow settled. Today cold and sunny, starting to cloud over now.  ;D ;D ;D
MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

Ween loking at e've got it snowing hard aain today.

It's a bit sad when I can't even read my own post!!!! :o

That would be a combination of flu and using a laptop keyboard that I'm not used too!

OH at home using the desktop computer so I didn't get the email telling me my son's music lesson was cancelled this morning, drove all the way there only to find the college empty and closed!
