Jeez, they grow fast!

Seed to 60mm in 4 days.

Hoping to stick em in the rougher patch to help with weed control.

The year before last I grew the pumpkin pictured in unmanured unprepared soil and just left it, without even bothering to water it.

Last year I prepared the ground with masses of horsemanure, lots of love and got a miserable specimen half as big as the previous year

I think they like sunshine!

allaboutliverpool yes strange isnt it, i had a rogue seed that came up in the soil on the floor, i suspected it was a pumpkin seed id dropped and it was, it climbed along the floor out the door up the roof and had some great fruit from it!! it was early in the season too!! you can guarentee that if yourd have planted it, it wouldnt have grown!!! ??? ??? ??? ???
