AOL - Recent Experience

Those of you who are AOL users, what has your recent experience been like?

If its anything like mine then your answer will be 'total rubbish'. Connection speeds extremely slow to the point of non existent. Customer service poor. Fed up and want to go elsewhere. Would go elsewhere but put off by the hassle of moving.

Sound familiar?

Over the years AOL has given us a very good service, but since the sale of AOL UK to Carphone Warehouse, the service has undoubtedly worsened.  Recently we've lost connectivity for hours at a time.  There's been no message or apology after the service resumed.

It's not bad enough for us to switch yet.  But it wouldn't take much more.

AOL service has been great over the years, not sure about carphone warhouse so far, yes the connection has problems, but we dont have to wait long before it's back, i'm happy to stay with them,
